We are so proud of our growing family of businesses, which has grown to include a coffee roasters, three cafes, a restaurant, three espresso bars, a cooking school, a bakery and a herbal tea business,– all with our employee ownership and profit sharing model.
Our three cafes are the way we connect with people, no matter how long they are in town, and promote our action plan of employment-education-empowerment. We have created comfortable, friendly spaces where everyone is welcome and encouraged to meet, create, eat, and relax. We have free Wifi , food, coffee and other refreshing beverages served all day. Our menu is a mix of modern casual international dishes and Cambodian comfort food made with fresh local produce, with weekly specials designed our kitchen team. We hope you will come try our food and coffee in person!
The cafes are staffed and managed by our team of bright, ambitious, coffee-loving Cambodians.
Feel Good Coffee has been a sponsor of the Cambodian barista competition for the last five years and our staff and management have participated and placed in this competition regularly, at different times taking 3 Gold, 3 Silver and 1 Bronze metals.
Feel Good barista’s have also represented Cambodia on the international stage several times with Sophorn Phan achieving the highest score in the Culinary International Malaysian Barista competition.
We continually receive Certificates of Excellence from TripAdvisor and our cafes are consistently highly-rated in TripAdvisor and on Facebook. You can also purchase Feel Good Coffee, whole bean or ground-to-order, and our unique Feel Good Teas and infusions. Cakes are also available by order.

We work hard to ensure that our management style is one of entrusting and empowering our staff at all levels with general business knowledge and decision-making ability, not traditional top-down hierarchical management, so that they continue to grow as professionals and are ready for increasing responsibility in the future.

Local ownership and staff involvement in major business decisions is critical to our vision, so we put everything from what holidays to close on to staff bonuses with our team. They take care of all of our accounting and legal compliance, renew all of the business’s licenses and registrations, and meet together regularly to talk about strategy, cash flow, and any problems that arise. Having Cambodian owners means that our business is a real investment in the development of Cambodia and Cambodians– employment-education-empowerment. They are truly the next generation of Cambodian leaders and we are so honoured to work with them.
Our staff have many talents, and just like family we know that many of them will leave us someday to pursue their own goals. When these goals are having their own business, we work with them on business plans, budgets and financial projections, start-up investment, and on-going marketing and management support.
